How Creating a Wardrobe Is Like Building A Forever Home

Think of investing in your closet like building your forever home. You must start with a strong foundation and good structure. Once you have that, you can change everything else.

You need to start with a good plan. Like with any endeavour that you want done properly. This enables you to be methodical about the foundation and the design of your wardrobe. You would never build a house without a plan without expecting disaster, so why do this with your closet.

Form and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union.
— Frank Lloyd Wright

We can help you with this by coming to your home. Together, we go through your closet. We look at the pieces you like and the pieces you aren’t sure about. We figure out different ways to wear, we decide if it needs a repair or alteration or we decide to donate. The objective: To pair down your closet into a lean, mean fighting machine. From here we make a list of the items you need to augment your collection. When we are finished, you will know the outfits you have, the pieces you need and will have a plan moving forward of how to achieve it. You will also get a document with the plan for building your wardrobe outlined in detail.
